Continuing a long-standing Union Pacific tradition, employees achieving 50 years of railroading will be honored Monday, June 23, in a special ceremony with senior leadership at 11:15 a.m. CT.

2025 Ceremony Honorees:

  • Fred Larson, conductor, Transportation, Missouri Valley, Iowa, Great Lakes Service Unit
  • Rita Pfingsten, principal consultant, Tech, Highland, Illinois
  • George Pilgrim, locomotive engineer, Transportation, Longview, Texas, Mid-America Service Unit
  • Glen Mynear, conductor, Transportation, Kansas City, Missouri, Heartland Service Unit

Union Pacific also congratulates and thanks an additional 50-year employee who is unable to attend the recognition event:
