As 2022 comes to a close, I would like to thank you for being a valued business partner. We faced several challenges this year, and we know our service levels are not meeting your expectations. I appreciate your patience and support as we continue to work closely with Operating to better align our resources with demand. We are committed to improving our service product back to the levels that you need.
This past year, we made significant investments in our network — spending more than $3.4 billion in capital, including more than $600 million to increase capacity and support customer growth. As we look toward 2023, I am excited for the opportunities in front of us. Our Commercial team is energized and ready to help you win in the marketplace.
