Dear Premium Customers,
Localized flooding is resulting in reduced parking capacity at the Council Bluffs, Iowa intermodal terminal. As a result, effective 21:00 Central Time today, May 28, 2019 all empty container ingates will be temporarily suspended to this terminal. All loads ingating for outbound movement will continue to be accepted. Empty container ingates will recommence at 07:00 Central Time on Friday, May 31, 2019
