Dear Premium Customers,
Effective immediately, Union Pacific is issuing an embargo for the Avondale and New Orleans, Louisiana regions. The embargo is the result of tropical storm Barry and the impending hurricane along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. As such and effective immediately, the Union Pacific's Avondale, Louisiana intermodal terminal will be closed until further notice.
