Portland EMP and UMAX empty returns UPDATE

Dear Premium Customers,
Effective immediately, the Albina Intermodal facility in Portland, OR is suspending empty ingates of EMP and UMAX containers due to terminal congestion. Customers should direct empty ingates to the Brooklyn facility in Portland. An updated announcement will be sent once Albina is able to accept empty ingates.
