Effective Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 1200 PST, Union Pacific's Brooklyn Intermodal Terminal in Portland, OR will be suspending empty ingates for EMP and UMAX equipment. Empty returns will resume at UP’s Brooklyn terminal on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 0001 PST. During this time, customers should direct empty ingates to Union Pacific's Albina terminal (2745 North Interstate Avenue, Portland, OR 97227).
