Update: Hurricane Delta Impact; Main Line Service Restored

To Our Customers,

  • Service is now restored to our main line network affected by Hurricane Delta. 
  • Generators will continue to be used in the impacted area until commercial power is restored at all locations.
  • Customers with rail shipments moving through the impacted area can expect delays between 24 and 48 hours as we work off the backlog of traffic holding from the hurricane.  
Customers in the affected area with facilities or tracks out of service should notify the Union Pacific Hurricane Team by opening a case in Case Management. Please refer to our Hurricane Planning and Recovery page for detailed instructions.
