To Our Customers, 

We are focused on providing you with an excellent customer experience. We value the feedback you give us through surveys, forums and everyday conversations. This helps us identify, prioritize and act on areas in which we need to improve.  

We are listening. One area of improvement identified from your feedback was the need to simplify our business rules and processes. We agree and are actively working on several initiatives to help make doing business with us easier. For example, in an effort to simplify our accessorial tariff (UP 6004), we recently announced that we will standardize and simplify more than 30 accessorial charges effective November 1, 2017. 

This is the first step in our broader simplification effort. Additional changes will be announced before the end of the year and others will be rolled out during 2018.
