Update: Bridge Outage in Tempe, Arizona, Impacting Operations

To Our Customers,
A reroute plan is in place for those customers affected by the derailment and bridge outage that occurred this morning in Tempe, Arizona. Trains will be routed westbound and eastbound to and from the affected area. Customers with shipments moving through this area should anticipate a minimum of 72 hours of additional transit time to accommodate the reroutes.
We continue to assess the extent of the damage and the cause of the derailment. Once an estimated date for reopening the bridge has been determined, we will provide additional information.
