Due to an ongoing Ferromex (FXE) system issue that is impacting southbound interchanges, we have issued an embargo (UP059322) for southbound shipments at the following border crossings:

  • Eagle Pass, Texas
  • El Paso, Texas
  • Nogales, Arizona
  • Calexico, California
