To Our Customers,
We have updated the embargo for southbound shipments interchanging with Ferromex (FXE) to remove the following border locations:
- Eagle Pass, Texas
- El Paso, Texas
- Calexico, California
Southbound shipments at Nogales, Arizona, to FXE remain under embargo UP059322 for congestion related to FXE system migration. For additional updates, please monitor the Railinc AAR Embargo System (enter "UP" in Issuing Roads field for corresponding embargoes).
