Update: Impacts to Operations in Texas and Louisiana

To Our Customers,

Following the series of weather systems that impacted our network between Longview, Texas, and Shreveport, Louisiana, we continue to have several locations that are without public power. Generators are powering these locations and our crews have removed all track obstructions. We are currently working through the backlog of held trains.

We are also experiencing a service interruption east of Corsicana, Texas, which is located south of Dallas and west of Longview, Texas.

Customers with shipments moving through these areas should expect delays of up to 48-72 hours.
