Dear Premium Customers,
Union Pacific is modifying its hazardous material surcharge in the UP Intermodal Accessorial Matrix. On April 1, 2024, the surcharge per intermodal unit containing hazardous materials will increase to $100 per unit for shipments as defined in Intermodal Terms and Conditions at Attachment B - D.4. The current charge of $80 per unit will be valid through March 31, 2024.
