To Our Customers,

We are currently monitoring Hurricane Hilary as it approaches the Southern California coast and Mexico’s Baja Peninsula. Wind and rainfall could arrive as early as Saturday in parts of the Southwest United States, with the worst impacts expected to arrive in California early Monday. Forecasters expect heavy rains between now and Monday in the Baja Peninsula.

We are making preparations along our network to respond quickly to potential outages. Measures taken in advance of the storm include staging rail ballast and panels to expedite a recovery effort in the event of an outage.
