La Porte Rail Park

Union Pacific and Trammell Crow Company are developing the La Porte Rail Park, a 269-acre land tract in La Porte, Texas. This site, which was acquired in 1963, is strategically situated along a critical section of UP's rail network.  UP and TCC will develop this site for rail-served purposes within the next two years. We need residents' feedback to help improve the development plan. We have been listening to the concerns and suggestions of the La Porte community, and we will continue to listen.
