Applicants can be denied access to the railroad property if they have:

  • Conviction or plea of a felony offense in the last seven years
  • Release from a penal institution in the last five years
  • Active misdemeanor or felony warrants
  • Social Security fraud alerts
  • A history of crimes of concern*:
    • Crimes against person
    • Violent crimes
    • Crimes with a weapon
    • Theft or fraud
    • Drug related crimes
  • Background Check canceled by Contractor
