To Our Customers, Union Pacific has adjusted the structure and rates of the UPRR 11 Asset Tariff for various commodities, effective January 1, 2026.

Union Pacific has adjusted prices reflective of current market conditions for UPRR 24 (Lumber and Miscellaneous), UPRR 77 (OSB, Plywood, EWP, Siding, Particle Board, Crane Mats), I5CR245 (Lumber and Panel I-5 tariff), UPRR 32754 (Wallboard). The new prices are effective January 1, 2026. We will continue to analyze market conditions and reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Accessorial Charges for 2026
To Our Customers, At Union Pacific, we continually evaluate our accessorial charges outlined in tariff UP 6004. As a result of our most recent review, we will be making adjustments to various areas. These changes will be effective February 1, 2026, and are designed to improve utilization of rail car assets and increase efficiency in your supply chain.

EMP and UMAX Empty Ingate Suspension: Los Angeles Intermodal Terminal
Effective Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 0001 PST, Union Pacific's Los Angeles Intermodal Terminal (4341 East Washington Blvd., City of Commerce, CA 90023) will be suspending empty ingates for EMP and UMAX equipment.
