EAP Services
At Union Pacific Railroad, we are committed to fostering a supportive and productive work environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally. Recognizing that everyday challenges can impact your total health and well-being, we are proud to introduce our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
The purpose of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide 24/7/365, confidential, professional support services and resources to our employees and their immediate family members. Our goal is to help you effectively manage and overcome situations that may affect your mental health, emotional well-being, or job performance. The EAP offers a range of services, including mental health counseling, non-work related legal and financial consultations, work-life integration, and wellness resources, all designed to help you navigate and enhance your overall quality of life.
Through the EAP, we aim to:
- Promote Mental and Emotional Well-being: Offer access to professional counseling services to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and much more.
- Encourage a Healthy Lifestyle: Offer wellness programs and resources that promote healthy living, including fitness, nutrition, and preventive health care.
- Enhance Work-Life Integration: Provide resources and support to help employees manage personal responsibilities alongside their professional commitments.
- Support Professional Development: Assist employees in developing skills and strategies to cope with workplace situations, improve job performance, and achieve career goals.
- Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality to ensure that employees feel secure in seeking assistance without fear of stigma or repercussions.
We believe that a healthy, supported, and engaged workforce is key to our collective success. By providing comprehensive support through the Employee Assistance Program, we are investing in our most valuable asset - our employees.
Together, we can create a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
