Union Pacific does not accept invitations to participate in or provide support for movies, documentaries, commercials, television programs or other media productions. The company expressly prohibits any of these types of activities on Union Pacific property or by utilizing its assets. Union Pacific does not participate in photo, print and audio projects.

It is dangerous for non-railroad employees to be on or near railroad tracks or other railroad property; doing so can lead to serious injury or death. Union Pacific urges everyone to stay off railroad tracks, trains and rail equipment, and to stay out of rail yards. Please do not risk your safety or put someone else’s life in jeopardy.

Anyone can report unauthorized activity on Union Pacific's railroad tracks or property by calling 1-888-877-7267. Law enforcement officers will be dispatched to the location, leading to arrests for trespassing on railroad property.
