How to Verify if Documents Were Received

The following instructions can be used to check if your paperwork has been received in eHealthsafe:

Verify If Documents Have Been Received
1. Go into eHealthSafe
(*Access eHealthSafe from the UP Homepage by clicking on MORE > SAP Portal (ePayrol)l > eHealthSafe OR from UP.com by clicking on Employees > more > ePayroll)
2. Click < Messages/Attachments>
3. In the To Do List, verify if medical documents have been received for your case.
-If the message is present, documents have been received and will be reviewed within 10 business days.
-If the message is not present and you did not use a bar code fax cover page, please wait 1 business day and check your My To Do List page again.
-If medical documents have not been received within 72 hours of submission, please re-fax to 402-501-0067 or re-upload documents.

If more information is required, you will receive notification from the Fitness for Duty nurse.
1. Go into eHealthSafe
2. Click < Messages/Attachments> to find a copy of notifications that have been sent to you.
(*If more information is required, you will receive written communication via physical mail or email/My UP Messenger portal).

Check the status of your Case
1. Go into eHealthSafe
2. Click < My Status Update / Submit Medical Documents>
(*The most recent status update is always available and current in eHealthsafe. Do not contact HR Shared Services for status inquires).


If you have been in an inactive status for greater than 30 days, you may need to contact OSS at 402-544-5555 to reset your username and password in order to access eHealthsafe.
