To view your paystub in SAP, go to the SAP Portal, click the "ePayroll" tab and then the "My Paystubs & Trainslips" link. If this is the first time you are accessing the online paystub, the system will prompt you to complete a consent form to receive your paystubs electronically. You must also be enrolled in direct deposit to view your paystubs online.

To receive your paystubs online, go to the SAP Portal, click the "ePayroll" tab and then the "My Paystubs & Trainslips" link. The system will prompt you to give your electronic consent to receive your paystub online. You must also be enrolled in direct deposit to view your paystubs online.

The first W-2 or 1099R available in SAP ePayroll will be for the 2009 tax year. You must consent to electronic delivery of your W-2 or 1099R. To consent for electronic delivery of your W-2 or 1099R go to the SAP Portal, click the "ePayroll" tab and then the "My W-2" link. This will enable you to provide your consent online.

To change your direct deposit designation, go to the SAP Portal, click the "My Profile" tab and then scroll down to the "Bank Information" section. Your bank information for direct deposit will be displayed. You will be able to edit your Main Bank or your designated Additional Bank(s).

Banking Changes made through the Former Employee portal do not apply to your Qualified or Non-Qualified Pension payments. Pensioners who retired after November 2022 who need to update their banking information need to contact Banking Operations at 888-241-2764 to request a Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.

To confirm current direct deposit information, go to the SAP Portal, click the "My Profile" tab and then scroll down to the "bank Information" section. Your current direct deposit information will be displayed.

To change your W-4 tax withholdings, go to the SAP Portal, click the "ePayroll" tab and then the "My W-4" link. Your Federal and State tax withholdings will be displayed. You will be able to edit these withholdings. You must check the declaration statement box for your change to be accepted. This acts as your electronic signature.
