The new customer interface, My Portal, places critical tools and insights front and center – enabling customers to easily navigate and quickly act. It also offers improved navigation thanks to three intuitive categories: Plan, Ship and Pay. These groupings will be standard across My Portal, allowing customers to do business more efficiently.
The updated customer portal is currently available for Manifest and Bulk customers; it will be rolled out to Intermodal and Auto customers in November.
