What is a Profile Manager?

Every company must assign one registered User as its “Profile Manager”. This individual is responsible for maintaining the following:

  • General Company Information: Remit-To address, email, phone
  • Contact/System User Management: Contact info, System user registration, role assignment
  • Banking Info: ACH payment information
  • Tax Info: Tax ID changes, W8/W9 updates
