Dear Union Pacific Customer,
Effective September 1, 2026 rates contained in tariff UP 43 will increase by $300 per car.
The tank car increase will be applied to prices for small and mid-tanks (capacity less than 27,500 Gallons). Large tanks (greater than 27,500 Gallons) will be 8% higher than the small / mid-tank price.
Please utilize Union Pacific’s Price My Shipment tool to find specific lane adjustments.
