The rice boxcar tariff (UP 4907) and covered hopper tariff (UP 4908) renewal will be published and viewable on UP online by August 31, 2026. New prices are effective October 1, 2026. Union Pacific has increased these tariffs on a lane-by-lane basis so please view your selective lanes to determine price adjustments.
