UP 17 Tariff Flour Rate Adjustments

Dear Union Pacific Customers,

Effective October 1, 2025, Union Pacific will implement rate adjustments on UP 17 Flour commodities in items 3100, 3101, and 3125.

• Rates will be available to view via the Price and Document Inquiry  by August 29, 2025. UP: Prices & Price Documents.

UP 17 Flour items will increase $150/car:

• 3100  DEREGULATED GRAIN & GRAIN PROD & RELATED ARTICLES

• 3101  DEREGULATED GRAIN & GRAIN PROD & RELATED ARTICLES

• 3125  FLOUR, ETC--VARIOUS ORIGINS TO EAST ST LOUIS, IL
