Clarification on U.S. Customs Regulations

 To Our Customers,

Regarding our announcement yesterday concerning guidance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on the importation process for new railcars destined for customers in the United States, we have since learned that the information provided by local CBP personnel was incorrect. We have confirmed with CBP leadership that no changes to the importation process for new railcars will be implemented, and no action is required from customers.
