UPRR 11 Asset Tariff Changes – Effective January 1, 2026

Union Pacific has adjusted the structure and rates of the UPRR 11 Asset Tariff for various commodities, effective January 1, 2026.

• See matrix below for tariff number changes by car type.
• Union Pacific will only provide Rule 11 pricing on this tariff.
• Please note that you will need to re-subscribe to Pricing Notifications in our Subscription Center to receive updates for the new documents (user ID and password required). 

For specific lane adjustments, please utilize our Price & Document Inquiry System. Prices will be available by December 10, 2025. We will continue to analyze market conditions and reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.
