Rail Fans Embrace Another Opportunity to See Big Boy No. 4014 in Colorado

Big Boy returned to the rails for a limited fall excursion, delighting rail fans who flocked to see No. 4014 in action.

The legendary locomotive was part of a trip for Union Pacific customers to see the railroad firsthand, rolling through Colorado’s Greeley on Sept. 30 and Eaton on Oct. 1. The crew returned to Cheyenne, Wyoming, to gear up for a much larger tour next year as part of the America 250 celebration. Stay tuned for details!
