With back-to-school season here, Union Pacific employees are proving that learning doesn't stop when a career begins.

Through Union Pacific University, employees can pursue tuition-free education while building skills for the future. Since the program launched, more than 1,000 employees have enrolled and nearly 200 have earned a degree – including 27 graduates in the spring quarter.

Congratulations to this growing list of graduates, including Brianna Nielsen, benefits analyst, Human Resources, and Randy Valdez, bridge supervisor, Engineering, and all the employees continuing their educational journeys through the program.

Visit Union Pacific University to learn more. Starting in 2027, Union Pacific will offer up to $5,250 in annual University of Nebraska-Omaha tuition assistance to help our employees stay within IRS education benefit limits and avoid potential tax implications.
