Union Pacific Unveils New Modernized Website

Welcome to Union Pacific’s new digital showroom.

The railroad’s UP.com website has been re-designed to give visitors ease of access to the most used and relevant features, including vital shipping information for customers on the homepage and vibrant train photos for avid rail fans.

It’s all part of Union Pacific’s continuous journey to put our Safety, Service and Operational Excellence strategy into action.

“We are proud to roll out our newest innovative upgrade that gives our customers, community partners and all stakeholders the information they need at their fingertips, while providing easy-to-consume facts for those new to the railroad,” said Clarissa Beyah, chief communications officer for Union Pacific Railroad.

The new website touched almost every department on the railroad, with various teams coming together to redesign and streamline the website – all with the end user in mind.

Visitors entering the site will find streamlined navigation and robust search tools, along with full-width video and images that showcase the railroad’s pivotal role driving the U.S. economy. The new site offers a seamless experience on both mobile and desktop applications.

And, we’re not done yet.

As we move further into summer, we also will introduce My Portal, a new customer landing page that provides easy access to relevant shipping information, with a personalized experience.
