Serve, Grow, Win – Together: Union Pacific Leaders Celebrate Success, Look to the Future
For the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, more than 700 company leaders came together Feb. 24 at the largest Leadership Conference in Union Pacific history to share success stories, talk with customers and financial investors and discuss company strategy.
This year’s conference theme built on the Serve, Grow, Win – Together strategy introduced at the 2021 virtual conference.
“The next step of our strategy is igniting customer centricity to grow customer value through innovative supply chain solutions,” said Chairman Lance Fritz. “Everyone in this room serves a customer, either internal or external. Ultimately our efforts – whether we work at a desk, in a shop, on the railroad or from a truck – are meant to positively impact and support our customers.”
