Expanded Service & Origin Ingate Change for Los Angeles to Cincinnati

Dear Premium Customers,

We’re excited to announce increased service options for shipments moving from the Los Angeles Basin to Cincinnati, Ohio. Domestic service to Cincinnati via the Norfolk Southern will now be available from both our City of Industry terminal and Inland Empire Intermodal Terminal (IEIT), enhancing optionality and potentially reducing drayage costs in Southern California.

As part of this improvement:

• The origin ingate of LATC will be changed to City of Industry and IEIT.
• The final day to ingate at LATC will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 14:30 local time.
• Thereafter, customers can start to waybill and ingate NS Cincinnati units at City of Industry and IEIT.
• Union Pacific will transition from steel wheel to rubber tire interchange in Chicago.

These changes are designed to streamline your shipping experience and expand your options for reaching Cincinnati via the Norfolk Southern.
