Intermodal Accessorial Changes Effective February 1, 2026

Dear Premium Customer,

Union Pacific is committed to providing reliable, efficient service and continuously aligning our processes to support operational excellence. As part of this effort, we will be updating select accessorial charges outlined in our Intermodal Terms and Conditions (ITC).

Effective February 1, 2026 the following changes will be implemented:

• Domestic flip charges (ITC Section B.7) will change to $75 at all terminals.
• Storage charges (ITC Section C.12) will change to $500 for Days 10 and beyond. This change applies to both International and Domestic containers at all terminals.
• Non-accident release of hazardous material (ITC Section Attachment B – D.5) will change to $7,500 for the first occurrence and $12,500 per occurrence thereafter.
