SAP ePayroll Login

All payroll systems use SAP. Access is slightly different for each category of user. See below for login information and instructions. 

Former Employee & Retiree Login Instructions

The Qualified and Non-Qualified Pensioner Portals are available to Pensioners & Surviving Spouses who retired before November 2022.

All other Pensioners and former employees must use the Former-Employee Login using your seven-digit Employee ID.

Password - Your default SAP ePayroll password will be "UPRR" plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g. UPRR1234).  After logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change your password.

All payroll systems are components of SAP ePayroll , which gives you the following capabilities:

  • Change your address
  • View, print or save a copies of your paystubs, W-2 and 1099R
  • Review or change your W-4 withholdings
  • Sign up for direct deposit or change current direct deposit bank accounts
  • Designate funds to a primary account and up to three secondary accounts with banks, brokerage firms or credit unions

Banking Changes made through the Former Employee portal do not apply to your Qualified or Non-Qualified Pension payments.  Pensioners who retired after November 2022 who need to update their banking information need to contact Banking Operations at 888-241-2764 to request a Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.
