Preparedness Starts with Partnership
Our mission focuses on prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. We reduce risk by partnering with key stakeholders, providing 24/7 support and enforcing strict hazmat protocols. We value first responders as key partners and the first line of defense, which is why we collaborate with emergency personnel, sharing best practices and conducting drills.
Frontline Prevention
Our regional hazmat teams inspect thousands of tank cars each year –checking fittings, markings, placards and paperwork to maintain DOT compliance. We also train employees, coach shippers with recurring issues and require all hazmat crews to carry and understand our Hazardous Materials Reference Guide.
